CNC Horizontal Service:
Dechert’s horizontal machines are considered the work horse of our industry. The horizontals can handle any size part up to a maximum weight of 10,000 lbs. including fixtures and up to 104 cu.ft. With the various different size capacity; a customer’s part will fit with the proper machine and setup; enabling lower costs and provide better performance and accuracies. All of our horizontal mills have an open table (no enclosures), which helps if a part is too large or awkward to set up, or is long and may need to be moved throughout the machining process. Many of our clients such as Flowserve, Goulds ITT, Curtiss Wright, PRHoffman, and Air Products are OEM Manufactures for pumps, compressors, bearing housings, frames and much more. These parts are used throughout the world in many applications.
